Denza officially enters Brazil, ushering in a new era of luxury electric vehicles in Latin America.

On November 25th, Beijing time, the Denza brand showcased its flagship models Z9GT and D9 at the 31st São Paulo International Motor Show (Salão Internacional do Automóvel de São Paulo 2025), announcing Denza's official entry into the Brazilian market and marking a key step in the brand's internationalization strategy in Latin America.

 

At the launch event, guests including Li Tie, General Manager of BYD Brazil, Brazilian Formula One driver Felipe Massa, and renowned Brazilian singer Nattan witnessed Denza's momentous debut in Brazil.

Alexandre Baldy, Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing and Sales at BYD Brazil, stated, “Over the past two years, we have reshaped the Brazilian market’s perception of new energy vehicles with the BYD brand. Now, we are ready to further elevate the industry standards of the Brazilian luxury car market by launching Denza, a new luxury brand focused on technology and safety. The detailed design of each Denza model represents a deep integration of innovative technology and a luxurious driving experience, bringing Brazilian consumers an unprecedented luxury electric mobility experience.”

Denza's first showroom in Brazil will be located on Avenida Europa, known as the "luxury car center" of São Paulo. The pre-sale prices of two models were also revealed at the launch event: the Denza Z9GT, a technologically advanced and luxurious flagship GT, will have a pre-sale price of 650,000 reais , while the Denza D9, a technologically advanced and luxurious all-around flagship MPV, will have a pre-sale price of 800,000 reais .

Denza's internationalization process is accelerating. Following its entry into several Asian markets, Denza entered the European market this April, with elegance, innovation, and technology as its core values. Now, Denza is embarking on a new chapter in Brazil, using it as a strategic starting point for expanding into the Latin American market and injecting significant momentum into the Latin American luxury car market.
