iCAUR 03T Accessories: The Three Load Paths That Decide What's Worth Buying
New range · iCAUR 03T
A fitment-first look at the iCAUR 03T accessory range — underbody armour, roof system and body-side protection — and the order in which each part earns its place.
Guangzhou Yangdugang Auto Accessories has released a fitment-matched accessory range for the Chery iCar 03T, sold outside China as the iCAUR 03T. The line covers underbody skid plates, a roof platform system, body-side protection and cabin storage, all produced on the company's own tooling in Guangzhou.
The range is not a catalogue of styling parts. It is organised around three load paths — where the vehicle actually takes punishment — and that order is also the order in which the parts are worth buying.

The iCAUR 03T range: underbody armour, roof system and body-side protection, modelled 1:1 on the Chery iCar 03T body.
Why the 03T needs a different accessory brief
The 03T is an off-road-styled compact electric SUV, but underneath it is a unibody shell with the battery pack sitting low in the floor. That single fact changes what can be bolted on and where.
There is no ladder frame to hang a rock slider from. The pack occupies the space a fuel tank and exhaust would take on a combustion 4x4, so anything that touches the floor has to be shaped around the battery case, its cooling lines and the factory harness. Roof accessories have to load through the factory rail mounts rather than a cage. In practice, a part either bolts to factory points or it does not belong on this vehicle.
That is why the range is built from 3D scans of the actual body and validated on a real vehicle before tooling is cut — the same approach the factory applies to its interior and exterior lines for other EV models.

Underbody, roof and body side: the three places where an iCAUR 03T collects damage.
Load path 1 — the underbody carries the risk
Gravel, kerbs, speed humps and unpaved site roads all deliver load to the same place: the floor of the car, where the pack sits. This is the only load path where damage has a repair bill measured in battery modules rather than paint.
The Maremlyn set covers it in four sections — a battery plate plus front and rear motor covers — so the full pack length is protected rather than just the middle. The plates are pressed from aluminium-magnesium alloy, which gives impact and corrosion resistance without the weight penalty of steel, and the surface is anodised or powder-coated.
Fitting is bolt-on at the factory threaded points. Nothing is drilled into the shell, and each section unbolts on its own so a technician can reach a service point without dropping the whole set.

Four sections, factory mounting points: battery plate plus front and rear motor covers.
Full specification: four-section skid plate set.
Load path 2 — the roof carries the trip
The 03T's square stance invites roof load, and that is where most owners overspend in the wrong order. A cargo box bought before a platform is dead weight; a ladder with nothing to climb to is a styling part.
The correct sequence is platform, then box, then access. The aluminium roof luggage platform bolts to the factory rail mounts and carries crossbar slots for boxes, light bars or tie-down points. The roof cargo box is a one-piece injection-moulded PP shell with a locking latch and UV stabiliser — the place for recovery gear and tools that would otherwise rattle around the boot. The foldable side access ladder clips to the roof structure and folds flat against the body when not in use. A front roof spoiler completes the line by pushing wind and rain off the top of the windscreen.

Platform, cargo box and ladder — the order in which roof accessories make sense.
Check before ordering: roof parts fit only on vehicles with factory roof rails. Trim levels differ by market, so confirm before the container is packed.
Load path 3 — body side and cabin carry the daily wear
The last group is the one that decides whether the vehicle still looks new after two winters: side window armour in manganese steel, PP splash guards front and rear, polycarbonate rain guards, and a retractable cargo cover in PVC and aluminium.
Around those sit the parts that sell quickly at dealer level because they are cheap to stock and easy to justify to a customer — door sill guards, mirror covers, steering wheel trim and a rear side storage pod.
None of it is dramatic. All of it is what an owner notices every week, which is exactly why it belongs in a distributor's stock list.

What importers should check before committing a container
- Trim level, not model name. Roof rails and interior fittings vary by market. Send the trim list you sell and the parts list comes back filtered.
- Vehicle, not catalogue photo. Ask for a sample checked against the actual car. Every set ships with an installation manual.
- Mixed loading. Roof, underbody and cabin parts can travel in one container, which is how a first order stays small enough to test.
- Terms. EXW, FCR, FOB, CFR, C&F, CIF and DDP are all available; production runs 3–30 days after deposit.
- Brand. Custom logo, OEM/ODM and private label are supported, so the range can ship under your own packaging.

FAQ
Are these original Chery parts? No. They are aftermarket parts designed and manufactured by Maremlyn, modelled 1:1 on the iCAUR 03T / Chery iCar 03T body. They are not produced by or affiliated with Chery.
Do skid plates reduce ground clearance or interfere with the battery? The set is profiled around the battery case and its routing and bolts to existing threaded points, so it follows the factory floor line rather than hanging below it. Confirm sensor and harness layout on your trim during sampling.
Do I need factory roof rails to fit the roof system?Yes. The platform mounts to the factory rail points. Vehicles without rails need a different solution, so check the trim before ordering.
Is the iCAUR 03T the same vehicle as the Chery iCar 03T?iCAUR is the name the model sells under outside China; the body and mounting points are the same. Confirm the exact variant with your sales contact before a bulk order.
What is the MOQ and can I get a sample?MOQ and sample terms are agreed per order. Samples are supplied against a negotiated plan, and custom logo and packaging are available.
