Jetour G700 Accessory Programme Opens as the Body-on-Frame PHEV Reaches Distributor Networks

Programme launch · Jetour G700

Seventeen tooled lines — skid plates, arch trim, roof platform, ladders, TPE mats and cargo boxes — built on one rule: measure the car, don’t photograph it.

Seventeen stock lines for the G700, tooled in Guangzhou and shipped wholesale — EXW, FOB or DDP.

The range covers exterior armour, underbody protection, roof and cargo equipment, cabin protection and trim. It is sold on wholesale terms with private-label branding, repeat-order stock held for fast movers, and delivery on EXW, FCR, FOB, CFR, C&F, CIF or DDP.

For importers, the timing matters more than the catalogue. A new body-on-frame model opens a short window in which the first distributor with real tooling owns the category. After that, the market is shared with whoever copied them fastest — and in this segment, copying is cheap until the first warranty claim.

Why a copied catalogue fails on this car

The G700 is not a re-bodied crossover, and parts designed for a unibody SUV do not transfer. Three systems decide whether an accessory works or comes back:

  • The battery pack and rear motor sit under the floor, inside the wheelbase.
  • Air suspension moves the body through a wide travel range, not a fixed ride height.
  • The 5-seat and 6-seat versions do not share the same floor pan behind the second row.

A supplier working from photographs gets all three wrong. Plates that clear a stationary car can foul the pack under compression. Arch trim that looks correct at ride height can rub at full droop. A mat set cut for one seating configuration lifts at the third row — the single most common fitment complaint on this model.

Underbody first, because that is where the money is

The skid plate set covers the front axle, engine and gearbox, and the battery pack, in aluminium-magnesium alloy. The design rule is straightforward: protect the expensive parts, and leave the serviceable ones reachable. Drain plugs, mounting points and the differential-lock sensor area stay open.

Same vehicle, bare floor and plated floor. The pack sits low and long — it is the part worth protecting.

That last point is not cosmetic. A plate that hides a sensor turns a warranty claim into a removal job, and a removal job into a dealer who stops reordering.

Exterior parts have to survive travel, not the showroom

Wheel arch trim in ABS, inner wheel-well liners and mud flaps in PP, and a foldable single-side rear ladder make up the exterior group. Manganese-steel bull bars are specified with pre-drilled mounting points so a dealer can add a light bar without drilling the bar itself, and a gloss-black hood vent cover completes the front-end look without changing the bodywork.

Arch trim, liners and ladder: parts that live in the suspension’s travel envelope, not on a plinth.

The cost of getting that wrong does not show up at the port. It shows up three months later, as a dealer returning arch trim that cracked at full droop — with photographs, and with a reorder that never comes.

The cabin is two programmes, not one

TPE floor mats, rear trunk mats and back-seat mats are tooled separately for the 5-seat and 6-seat bodies. The material is waterproof, the grooves are deep enough to hold grit away from the carpet, and the raised lip contains spills instead of letting them migrate under the seat.

Separate tooling for 5-seat and 6-seat bodies. One mould does not cover both.

Ordering one tooling and expecting it to cover both variants is the fastest way to a return. The third row changes the pan, not just the trim.

Roof and cargo: the bracket decides the load

An aluminium roof platform, roof spotlight bar, side storage box, tailgate table and spare-wheel cover complete the range. The platform follows the factory roof-rail pattern and carries integrated T-slot rails, so cargo boxes, bike racks and roof tents mount without drilling the roof skin — and without the wind noise of a raised universal rack.

Factory rail pattern, T-slot rails, no drilling. The bracket is the part that fails first on a cheap kit.

What sits behind the catalogue

Yangdugang has operated from Guangzhou since 2012 and runs four production bases equipped with injection moulding, blister, blow moulding, punching, cutting and laser machinery, supported by a six-person R&D team and 3D scanning. The company holds more than 300 design patents, registered in China, Thailand, Japan and Australia.

That matters for one commercial reason. An importer who needs a bracket adjusted for a local variant is dealing with the tool, not a trader’s photo library — and a tool can be changed in weeks rather than sourced in months.

Sizing the first container

The usual mistake is to order the full range in equal quantities. A first container works better in three tiers.

Tier Lines Why it earns shelf space
Volume TPE mats, trunk liners, mud flaps, arch trim The parts a dealer sells every week — the cash flow that funds the rest.
Margin Bull bars, roof platforms, ladders Fewer units, higher ticket, and installation revenue for the dealer.
Differentiation Side boxes, tailgate tables, hood vents What a dealer shows a walk-in customer to win the conversation.

Repeat-order stock is held for the fast movers, so a second order does not wait on a fresh production run.

Order mechanics

Payment is T/T, 30% deposit with the balance before delivery against product and packing photos. Lead time runs 3 to 30 days from advance payment depending on item and quantity. Trade terms cover EXW, FCR, FOB, CFR, C&F, CIF and DDP. Every part ships with an installation manual and a warranty of more than one year; custom logos are available; samples are quoted against a negotiated plan.
