The Haval V7 is a full-size, boxy 4WD built to be loaded, and its owners load it past what the cabin can take. Overlanding clubs, mining and construction fleets, park operators, retail 4x4 buyers — they all hit the same wall: the boot is full, a trailer is not an option, and the roof is the only capacity left.
That makes the roof the most profitable line in a V7 catalogue, and the one that produces the most returns. A roof programme is bought as a system — rack, access, storage — so it carries the highest ticket of any accessory group and exposes a weak supplier faster than anything else in the range.

Four ways a V7 roof programme leaks money
- Fitment by guesswork. Universal racks that ignore the factory rail or roof gutter geometry, so the installer drills, shims or forces the mount. You pay return freight, workshop labour and a review you cannot delete.
- No way up to the roof. Rack delivered without access, so owners climb the door sills, wheels or tailgate glass. The paint damage complaint lands on your rack, not on their boots.
- A "waterproof" box that is not. Thin PP, a single sealing lip, UV-faded plastic cracking in its second summer — warranty replacements shipped by sea at your cost.
- Cube before value. Bulky racks and boxes fill a container before unit cost works. Freight per set eats the margin you already quoted, and the reorder never comes.
Two or more of those sound familiar, the problem is not the market — it is the supply structure behind the product.
Sell the system, not three SKUs
A rack alone is a bracket kit. A rack with a foldable side ladder is an access solution. Rack, ladder and lockable roof box together is the cargo system the buyer actually described at the counter.
For you that means a higher basket value on the same freight booking and customs entry, one fitment standard and one installation sheet, and one accountable supplier when a customer calls — instead of three factories blaming each other's brackets.

What the Maremlyn V7 roof line is
Tooled on the current-generation V7 body, in both LHD and RHD.
Aluminium alloy roof luggage rack — rust-proof alloy frame, powder-coated against UV and corrosion, specified for roof tents, boxes and cargo. OEM-fit mounts to factory rails or roof gutters, no drilling.
Single-side aluminium alloy step ladder — foldable, tucks away on the road, corrosion-resistant finish for off-road, coastal and salt-spray markets. Mounts to the rack or the body.
Waterproof PP roof storage box — lockable, impact-resistant shell for camping and travel gear, UV-stable, mounts to OEM or aftermarket roof rails.
The rest of the range — bull bar, roof light bar, spare tire cover, ABS body kit, manganese steel skid plates, 3D TPE mats, cargo liner, mud flaps, door sill plates — sits on the same dataset, so a launch can be built on two purchase orders. Full list on the Haval V7 accessories category page.

Where the fitment comes from
Every mould in this range is developed from industrial 3D laser scanning of the original chassis, not from a competitor sample. That is what makes 1:1 OEM, drill-free fitment possible on both steering configurations in one production run.
We have built accessories in Guangzhou since 2012 across four production bases, with in-house scanning, injection moulding, blow moulding and laser cutting. If you need to qualify us before a container, book a video walk-through of the line or come and audit the plant.
Freight, packaging, paperwork
Heavy items ship in multi-layer vibration-proof wrapping inside export-grade reinforced cartons, so racks and ladders arrive intact at any port. Roof system, protection set and skid plates can be mixed on one order and quoted as one shipment. Bulk lead time runs 7–15 days depending on customisation, with commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents raised against the actual goods.
Private label
OEM/ODM covers your brand on the product, your artwork on the carton, your part numbers on the label — plus mould development if you sell a local variant we have not tooled yet. Without it you are a reseller of a commodity, priced by whoever is cheapest that month.
What to send us for a real number
- Target market — country, and whether your fleet is mostly LHD or RHD.
- Product mix — roof system only, or plus protection set and skid plates.
- Volume and cadence — first order quantity plus expected repeat frequency.
You get the factory price list, MOQ per SKU, lead time for your mix and private-label packaging options. If a SKU makes no sense for your market, we say so instead of filling the container.
FAQ
Will it fit the V7 sold in my market? The V7 is also sold as the Haval Raptor in several markets. Parts are matched to the current-generation body, but confirm model year and steering configuration at enquiry so we verify fitment before production.
LHD and RHD both? Yes, mounting points and trim are tooled for both.
Can I order the rack alone? Yes. Single-SKU orders are quoted; mixed orders are the normal way to build a container.
Is the roof box genuinely waterproof? Lockable PP shell with UV-stable finish, built for camping and travel gear. Tell us your market's test requirement and we confirm against the specification before you commit.
MOQ and lead time? MOQ is quoted per SKU because racks and boxes cube very differently. Bulk orders typically 7–15 days.
