The BAIC B30 is exactly the kind of vehicle that builds a profitable accessory line: a boxy, hardcore 4x4 that owners buy intending to modify. Roof space is there, side panels are flat, and the customer wants a bumper, a ladder and a roof box before the plates are even on.
But selling B30 accessories is not a product problem, it is a sourcing problem. The margin leaks out in fitment returns, split shipments and stockouts, not in the price on the invoice. Here is where it goes, and how a factory-direct programme stops it.
1. Fitment roulette
One wrong bracket costs you the return, the outbound freight, the re-delivery and the installer's labour, on a part you already paid duty on. Five of those in a quarter and the SKU is dead. The B30 makes it worse than usual, because the same vehicle reaches different markets under different names and in different configurations: LHD and RHD, fuel and hybrid trims. A supplier working from a photo ships something that almost fits.
Our answer: every part in our BAIC B30 accessories range is tooled from a 1:1 OEM scan of the actual vehicle, not a generic mould. Mounting points are drill-free and use factory holes, so nothing is cut and no paint is scratched, across LHD and RHD, fuel and hybrid. That one decision turns a return-heavy SKU into a repeat-order SKU.

2. Twelve SKUs from twelve factories
Bumper from one trading company, racks from another, mats from a third. The result is three MOQ rules, three deposit schedules, three lead times that never line up, and three consolidation fees for goods arriving in three different weeks. You cannot launch a kit, only fragments, and the customer who wanted a complete overland build walks away.
Our answer: one Guangzhou manufacturer for the whole line, exterior armour to interior storage. One PO, one MOQ negotiation, one loading plan, one container.
3. Damage and cheap material
A manganese steel bumper that arrives scratched is not a warranty case, it is a margin loss. So is a rack whose finish chalks after one desert season, or a mat that smells of rubber in a customer's new cabin. Material is specified per part, not per quote:
- Manganese steel front and rear bumpers and side window mecha against impact and trail strike
- Aluminium roof luggage racks at 4.0 / 3.0 / 1.2 mm sections, with a lockable roof box and side step ladder
- Odour-free 3D TPE floor and trunk liners, PP splash guards and stainless sill guards for the daily-abuse side of the build
All of it is specified to resist mud, rock impact and UV exposure, the three things that actually age an off-road part.
4. Someone else's brand, someone else's calendar
If your invoice carries their logo, you are a logistics company with extra steps, and the customer can price-compare you in ten seconds. Miss the season and you discount in September what should have sold in April.
Our answer: private labelling on your artwork, carton and barcode, plus stable stock on the core line and mixed containers across our vehicle models, so one order fills the box properly.
Start in three steps
- Send your market, LHD or RHD, fuel or hybrid. We confirm fitment before you commit.
- Order a sample set of the two or three fastest-moving SKUs and test the install yourself.
- Take private label on order two, once you know your volume.

FAQ Section (append to the post)
Is the BAIC B30 sold under another name in some markets?
Yes. In several markets the same vehicle is sold as the BAW BJ30. Name the badge your market uses plus model year and trim, and we confirm the tooling before production.
Do your BAIC B30 accessories require drilling?
No. Mounting points come from a 1:1 OEM scan and use factory holes. Installation is bolt-on, with no paint cut or scratched.
Can you supply both left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive versions?
Yes. LHD and RHD, fuel and hybrid trims, all from the same catalogue.
What is the minimum order, and can I mix models in one container?
MOQ depends on the part and packaging format; send your target SKUs for per-item confirmation. Mixed containers across our vehicle lines are accepted.
